Data collected through the quote form
Your name, property, email address, phone number, information about your project and, where applicable, the list of products in your selection. This data is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up on your project commercially (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). It is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Your product selection
The “My selection” list is stored only in your browser. It is sent to us only if you submit a quote request. You can clear it at any time from the My selection page.
Where your visit came from
To understand how our clients find us, the website stores in your browser, for 90 days, where your visit came from (search engine, social network, campaign link, referring website) and the page you landed on. This information stays on your device and is sent to us only if you submit the quote form.
The WhatsApp button is a simple link: no WhatsApp script is loaded on the website. If you use it, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app (WhatsApp Ireland Limited), under its own terms.
Audience measurement and cookies
Only if you accept it through the banner shown on your first visit, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure website traffic, the pages viewed, where visits come from and the requests sent. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that are kept for a maximum of 13 months. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The “Advertising” purpose in the banner relates to Google Ads (_gcl_* cookies, 90 days). It is used only when we run campaigns pointing to this website.
If you decline, no measurement or advertising cookies are set and no Google scripts are loaded. Your choice is kept for 6 months and can be changed at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the HCI teams. Our technical subcontractors (website hosting, email delivery) access it only as needed to provide the service. It is never sold.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to its processing and to restrict it. Write to us at contact@hci-hotels.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
