Our design office creates the furniture for your guest rooms and public areas, from your plans or from our collections. It is made in Europe, then delivered and installed by our teams within 4–6 weeks, together with all your equipment.

Questions about custom furniture
Can you manufacture from our architect’s drawings?
Yes. Our design office works from your architect’s or interior designer’s drawings and intentions, suggests any technical adjustments needed and submits the manufacturing drawings to you for approval.
Where is the furniture made?
In Europe, in a network of more than 20 partner factories, overseen by our design office in Paris.
What is the lead time?
Allow 4–6 weeks between project approval and installation, depending on volumes.
What if we only need equipment?
Equipment and accessories on their own are delivered in 3 to 5 working days when they are in stock, which is often the case. Otherwise, the lead time is given in your quote.
Is the equipment built into the furniture?
Yes, that’s the whole point of a single partner: the ventilated minibar niche, the safe fixings, the welcome tray position, sockets and reading lights, and the reinforcements for grab bars are all planned at the drawing stage.
