Choosing a hotel fabric
Fire resistance
In buildings open to the public, upholstery on seating and headboards must meet a fire-reaction rating. The “M1 rated” and “EN 1021” filters show the collections tested to these standards; each collection page lists all of its certifications.
Velvet, fabric or faux leather?
Velvet brings warmth and depth, ideal in guest rooms and lobbies. Woven fabric is the most versatile. Faux leather can be cleaned and disinfected in seconds: the choice for restaurants, bars and senior residences.
