HCI Hotels supplies and installs everything that goes into a hotel room and its public areas: equipment, bathroom accessories, bedding, seating, tables and custom furniture. Our aim is simple: sign quickly, manufacture quickly and install quickly, so that your hotel starts paying back its investment as soon as possible.
What we do
A hotel is equipped room by room, but it opens all at once. Rather than leaving the hotelier to coordinate a cabinetmaker, several equipment suppliers and an installation team, we take on the whole project: one list, one quote, one coordinated delivery and one team on site.
Our catalogue covers guest rooms (minibars, safes, welcome trays, luggage racks), bathrooms (hair dryers, accessories, accessible bathrooms), bedding, and seating and tables for restaurants, bars and lobbies. For fitted furniture made to measure, our sister website presents our collections and projects.
How we work
An in-house design office
Based in Paris, it handles shop drawings, design, technical solutions and project follow-up. The furniture and the equipment are designed together: the minibar fits its niche, the safe has its fixings, the grab bars their reinforcements.
A hub of more than 20 factories in Europe
Manufacturing is spread across our partner factories, which lets us absorb large volumes: up to 200 rooms delivered per month.
Durable finishes
Most of our projects use decorative panels from a leading European manufacturer. We keep the drawings, so a piece of furniture can be remade identically years later.
Clear lead times
Equipment and accessories in stock: 3 to 5 working days. Custom furniture, seating and tables: 4–6 weeks. Bedding: about 4 weeks. The exact lead time is shown on every quote.
