Frequently asked questions
Where do you work?
We deliver and install throughout mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas territories, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Our design office is in Paris; our installation teams travel across the whole area, including island and overseas projects, with the logistics set out in the quote.
What types of property do you equip?
Independent and franchised hotels from two to five stars, student residences, senior living residences, holiday residences and aparthotels, all over France.
Can I order equipment only, without furniture?
Yes. You can entrust us with the equipment alone (minibars, safes, bathroom accessories and so on), or with the whole project, including custom furniture.
What are your lead times?
For equipment and accessories alone, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days when the items are in stock, which is often the case; otherwise the lead time is given in your quote. For custom furniture, chairs, armchairs and tables, allow 4–6 weeks between project approval and delivery; for bedding, about 4 weeks.
Do you install?
Yes, our teams deliver and install the equipment room by room, in line with your works or opening schedule.
